Bruschetta
2-3 tbsps Chez Jane Original spread
1 Baguette, sliced on the bias (1/4 - 3/4 inch slices)
2 lbs fresh tomatoes, diced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix tomatoes, onions, basil, olive oil, salt & pepper together thoroughly.
Toast the bread directly on the rack of your oven under the broiler, flipping halfway through. Once toasted, spread a thin layer of ChezJane spread over each slice, top with tomato mixture and serve!

Main Courses
Garlic Salmon
1 tbsp ChezJane Original (or more depending on your taste)
1 Salmon Fillet
1 Bunch Fresh Dill (or dried)
1 Whole Lemon (sliced into rounds)
Lay parchment paper down on a baking sheet & spray with cooking spray. Place lemon slices under salmon skin. Coat top of salmon with ChezJane Original spread and cover with either fresh or dried dill. In either case, be very generous with the dill. Bake at 350° til the internal temperature reaches 145°.
Roasted Garlic Chicken
1 3-3.5lb chicken (you may also use pieces)
ChezJane Original Spread
Dried or Fresh Oregano
Put a few slits in the chicken and spread ChezJane Original spread generously over chicken and cover with oregano. Bake at 375° until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°.

Olive Oil
Toss all ingredients together and place on skewers. Either grill them for 3 minutes on one side & 2 minutes on the other, or broil for the same.

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb Russet potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp ChezJane Original Spread
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or zip top bag. Pour contents of zip top bag into an oven safe pan and roast for 45 minutes at 375° or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork.
